Use a single board, or stack them to 3 levels high
Contacts rated to 20A
There are two SPDT relays per board, (Form C)
Actuating coils, available in 12V or 24V depend upon model
Mounting standoff hardware included
NOTE: Our actuating coils are normally pulled down to common or ground to
activate.
If you desire to activate this relay by pulling it up to +12V or 24V,
please inquire and we can build you one to do so at no extra charge.
Use as:
General purpose relays
or
Control stick relays (1 Axis,
2 Axis, or 3 Axis) control for flaps, elev. trim, etc.
These relay boards will allow you to use any inexpensive SPDT switch to
control your flap and elevator trim motors.
There are 2 relays per board. Each relay is a "Form C" relay (one
normally closed contact and one normally open contact).
Each
relay board is 3.3" wide by 2.0" deep by 1.25" high (from bottom of stand-off).
The standoffs for the single boards
measure 3/8" high. This makes the overall height 1.25".
What
makes our relay board different from the competition?
1.) Our relay boards include two (Single Pole, Double Throw)
"Form C" relays.
2.) The relay contacts are protected against inductive sparking generated
from relays switching inductive loads such as motors. This saves the relay
contacts and adds to the relay’s longevity.
3.) You can use multiple switches to drive one relay board. These can be
used for pilot, co-pilot, panel, etc. switches to control the same motor.
4.) You can connect a motor speed control or lower voltage source to these
relay boards. Using our relay board in this manner allows you to switch gears so
to speak, allowing the motor to be driven at different speeds. You may connect
several switches and relay boards to drive your motors at different speeds.
5.) This relay board allows you to multiplex ALL of your manual switches with
any automatic motor controller(s). For example, you may control one motor with
several switches (pilot, co-pilot, & inst. Panel) and an automatic flap
controller like the FPS-Plus.
6.) You can mount up to 3 relay boards in a neat stack to save on panel
space. All terminals are very user accessible.
7.) All switches mounted on your panel or in your control stick can be
simple, low current, (Single Pole, Double Throw, (ON Momentary)-OFF-(ON
Momentary), 3 position switches that you can purchase almost anywhere.
8 .) This relay board will control low current motors as well as motors up
to 20 Amps.
9.) Mounting hardware is included with our relay boards.
